Z-Asset-Management is an intelligent management platform for engineering machinery equipment intelligent management platform integrating industrial Internet of things, Internet, cloud computing and big data technology. Through the analysis of real equipment data, the platform provides customer with failure alarm,starting conditions, operating abnormalities, working conditions, real-time equipment positioning, trajectory, accurate maintenance reminders according to manufacturer rules, and lowering equipment usage for customer. Main functions:equipment management, equipment distribution, project management, analysis and statistics.
1. Home
Z-Asset-Management shows the device statistics,including the failure alarm,the monthly start-up,operation abnormality,and the maintenance of equipment.
There also showed the equipment distribution, analysis and statistics, project management and maintenance guide.
2. Equipment Management
(A) Add Equipment
We can apply for additional management equipment by submitting an equipment. Click the button“+”to the Add Equipment page, Select the equipment type, the equipment ID, upload the certification materials, and submit. The operator will review your application within two working days. The results of the review will be sent to you via SMS and message, or you can call 4008000157 to check the progress of the review.
Note: A device can only be bound by one company/organization, and supports the same company/organization multi-person management device.
(B) Equipment list and details (the equipment approved for review is here)
Click [Equipment] at the bottom left to view the equipment list, the total number of devices, the number of data/dataless equipment, and the current number of starts. Click on an equipment to view the details of the equipment information. If the GPS signal is normal, the data equipment supports viewing the positioning track, real-time working conditions, work statistics, device abnormality, maintenance information, operation abnormality, equipment file, and accessory list. No data equipment only supports the manufacturer's equipment file and accessory list view.
(C) View Track
The GPS signal normal equipment can be viewed, the APP supports historical track view, and the computer version supports historical track and real-time track view.
(D) Failure Alarm
The Failure Alarm appears in the equipment list, indicating that the equipment has a Failure alarm. Click the Failure alarm in the equipment details to view the failure details and manufacturer recommendations. In addition, the home page clicks [Failure alarm] to directly view the overall equipment status, or you can view the equipment failure details through the home page message.
(E) Maintenance information
The word “maintenance expired” appears in the equipment list, indicating that the equipment is to be serviced. The status is calculated according to the manufacturer's rules. Click on the maintenance information to view all maintenance reminders and records. Unprocessed maintenance (maintenance records without processing time) should be clicked to process the upload record.The next maintenance reminder can be posted in time. In addition, the home page clicks on various types of equipment to be maintained, you can view the items to be maintained and submit maintenance records.
(F) Abnormal Operation
You can check the abnormal operation of the equipment when you click the abnormal operation in equipment details.
(G) Operation Statistics
You can view the status statistics of the equipment's history. The icon version can display statistics of various working conditions by day, week and month. Support nearly one year of data query.
(H) Equipment Name
In the equipment information, you can edit the equipment name, contact and contact number.
When the equipment name is set, the name of the equipment for all features is displayed as the name.
3. Equipment Distribution
(A) View Equipment Distribution
Click [Equipment Distribution] to view the equipment distribution and filter different equipment through the top.
For multiple equipment distributed in close proximity, they will be combined into N equipment, and the map will be enlarged to see the independent positions of these equipment.
(B) View Equipment Details
Click the icon in the upper right corner, the equipment list will appear. Click on a equipment in the list to display the equipment directly. Click on the equipment name/equipment number in the pop-up box to enter the equipment details.
4. Project Management
(B) Add Project
The project refers to the customer's own project, which can group equipment according to the project. The specific operations are as follows:
Create a new project in add project.
Fill in the project name, address, time, and add related equipment (if the equipment name is set, the equipment's name will be displayed here)
Select the scope of the project, and submit it.
Click on the project to go directly to the project management map page.
(A) View and edit projects
Click on a single project in the project list to view the project details
View equipment operation exceptions in the project.
Click "Edit Project" to modify the project content.
Analysis statistics
You can fully understand the working condition statistics of all equipment in here: start time, fuel consumption and so on.
Click the date option to view recent equipment operations based on yesterday, this month, and last month.
Click the equipment type option on the right to select the equipment type. You can view the cumulative working status of the equipment yesterday, this month, and last month according to the product type, and you can view the list separately at the list. The cumulative work of the equipment yesterday, this month and last month
Click on the analysis statistics chart in the lower right corner of the analysis statistics to view the cumulative work of a certain product at a certain point in time.
